Each quarter, we launch a new seasonal menu featuring limited-time items that showcase what’s cookin’ in our kitchens. From innovative takes on classic BBQ to fan-driven favorites, we use these rollouts to gauge guest response and push the menu forward.

The standouts earn a permanent place, like our BBQ Pork Egg Rolls, Sonny’s Cuban, and Certified Angus Beef Brisket Loaded Tots—proof that innovation and authenticity can (and should) go hand in hand.
